20-some drug-induced girl gets arm chopped off by ghost?!

 Someone please help! I can't remember the name of this movie...it was a group of young adults and a group leader, sent to SOMEWHERE that ended up being haunted...each person has a vice, one is addicted to drugs, one is a thief and one is addicted to sex...and through the movie, each one is killed by a different ghost...one girl smokes cra*k and then a ghost saws her arm off while she's tripping out...then she gets chased and eaten by a fat female ghost. I only remember some details...I'd really like to see this movie again! Thanks for any help-Sara

It would help if you had any other information about this film, like:
- the time period, when was this movie made?
- was it good (known actors, great effects) or low-budget film?

 Hm....thanks for the reply, I would say mid/90s but no known actors that I remember, it was really a very low budget film. I rented it from a nearby Family Video...it can't be too hard to come by, I just blanked on the darn title! Thanks for trying to help hun!
