SCI FI / HORROR Alien Abduction Movie From The Early 2000's

So I have been trying to track down this movie for a while. I think I saw it around 2005-2007 and I have a feeling it was not that old when I saw it. It centers on this guy who has been abducted by aliens before and lives by himself out in the middle of nowhere because he's afraid the aliens are gonna come back for him. A couple of his other friends who were also abducted successfully capture an alien and take it to his house. Eventually the aliens come for their friend and there's a bunch of them trying to get into his house. At the end of the movie the guy and his girl jump into like a bomb shelter under the house and blow the whole thing up. Towards the very end of the movie there's a shot of the alien spaceship leaving and it looks kind of frog like somehow . . . like it had legs and it jumped away sort of before it flys away. If somebody can give me a title on this one they would be my hero! Thanks!!

This sounds like "Altered" (2006), though I have not seen it myself.

That is without a doubt Altered. Set down in the swamps of Florida. Great film!
