Going by the copyright at the bottom of the photo I'd say: Ben Stiller before his operation.

That answer is not very PC, and just like the last one, this is another PC celebrity (hint! hint! hint!)

I know exactly who that is but I can't post pics.

What's so un-PC about Stiller appendectomy?!?  TeddyR

PC celebrity? I'll guess Angelina Jolie as a widdle kid.

She's P.C. in the same ay the last celeb (Peter Capaldi) was P.C... don't know her politics. Also like Capaldi., she is not American.

Cool!

OK, who's this boyish piper?

I bet BoyScoutKevin would know! Would the answer be PC, though?

LOL! Recognized Peter Capaldi, but . . .?! Somebody beat me to the answer. Though, he is not the only or the earliest cast member of "Lair of the White Worm" to appear on "Doctor Who." There was . . .

Stratford Johns as Peters who was the . . .
Monarch in
Four to Doomsday in
1982

and Christopher Gable as Joe who was . . .
Sharaz Jek in
The Caves of Androzani in
1984.

Still waiting for someone to name this non-American celebrity with the initials P.C.... Ben Stiller may have instagramed her picture because they are working together on an upcoming sequel to one of his movies...

Person hint: He played in some kaiju stuff, including the disguise of a turtle-beetle with swords.

Image hint: The film was the return of a popular metal menace.
