Jello Biafra said in the 80's that  music you hear on the radio is the equivelent (I cant spell that f**king word!) of Bing Crosby elevator music.
IT'S MAULDIN.
Run of the mill s**t!!!!
Boy bands. There gone now...good.
Phoney so called rappers-christ-my 4 year old grandson can voice what these p**sed off brats...who think they are entitled to somehing cuz there black-which is bulls**t-not all blacks think like this-only these a***ole rappers. My girlfreind is black-she cannot stand these phoney "gangsters". It's media hype and lies and s**t! Blacks are not rappers or gangsters.Thats like saying people with long hair do drugs and are lazy.
It's a media image...life is so much different than f**king TV.But these asses put out an image for young people that being a "pimp" is cool.Dam. Maybe I sound like an old fogey. I dont think it shouldnt happen,I personally think the music is lame. Its just repitive bass...and some dum f**k farting out words. Takes talant for that,eh?

Gee....I'm always sorry to hear that. I'm a huge fan myself. But to each his own. Wink

Unlike BEATLE hating, which is willful posturing (in my opinion) I could see where anyone might not like THE ROLLING STONES.  However, I think it's just ignorant (and I choose my word carefully, as in "without knowledge").  Same with NEIL YOUNG.  I LOVE THE ROLLING STONES and NEIL YOUNG.   All that said, I love DIANA ROSS... as a person and do not mind her solo records much, though I think, of the three SUPREMES, she was the least talented, and though I LOVE the girl groups, the exception is THE SUPREMES.  I can't stand 'em!!!

Rage Against The Machine

I love HANK WILLIAMS.  Too bad for you, Happy

Okay, my turn to take it.  I don't like BLACK SABBATH.  They went from one of the most critically reviled bands (in my formative years) to one of the most admired.  They are overrated.

I gotta agree with you, AHD. Sabbath is a bit overrated.

I preferred Ozzy solo, although I do have some of Sabbath's bigger singles on a compilation disc.

Hank Williams

If you're talking Jr., I agree.  If you're talking Sr., well  Buggedout  Bluesad

I think I'm the one person who prefers Dio to Ozzy.  (I don't dislike the Oz, or Sabbath for that matter, just don't love them.)

It's funny. I was going to mention Dio. I preferred Sabbath with Dio, and Ozzy solo. Dio post Sabbath, I didn't like. Hmm.

As for Hank, I've tried. I like some country, but couldn't dig it.

I really just couldn't get into them. I like Paint It Black because of the atmosphere, the rest just doesn't do it for me.
