It's a fundraiser for the Toronto Zombie Walk:   http://torontozombiewalk.ca/

For an additional fee you can be subjected to your very own Zombie Attack!  (They say they will wash any mode of transportation: my son is trying to persuade his friend who rides a unicycle to attend and undergo a Zombie Attack - to be filmed, of course  )
