Yeah, it's an old story I admit, but it just needs to be repeated.  I mean, seriously?!  Are people just this insenstive?

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

I personally like reliable people.  The seem to be around more when you need them.

^I'm with Darksider, the better the person is, usually the more reliable they are.

Buggedout What next, they start accepting stupid people to Harvard so as to not discriminate against them? The film Idiocracy suddenly springs to mind as does Harrison Bergeron....

As ridiculous as it is to worry about discriminating against unreliable people in want ads, I do wonder why people put something like that in an ad in the first place. It should go without saying that you want a reliable person, and it assumes a great deal of honesty and self-awareness on the part of unreliable people if you really expect it to influence who applies. It's not a specific skill or trait. It's a very subjective term. It's totally meaningless, just something people stick in an ad without thinking about it.
