I heard a new Warrior Soul track yesterday... which inspired me to write a new "Brief History of so-and-so" entry about 'em in honor of their forthcoming album.

...aaaaand another new one!! I'm on a roll this week. :D
Seriously though, I've had a couple of these "Forgotten Hard Rock Albums" entries in various stages of completion for a while so I figured it was about time I started finishing some of'em and throwin' em out there.

Geez, it's been almost a month since I last published a new Hub. Time to get things goin' again, cuz I want to have a total of 100 entries by the end of this year.

Anywhoo, today I present a new installment of "Forgotten Hard Rock Albums" and this time the lucky recipient is Dee Snider's Widowmaker and their 1992 debut Blood & Bullets. Check it out, yo.

Nice review, always liked this album, some great heavy riffs on there. Lost my cassette copy years ago lol. Didn't realise it charted so badly in US

Also totally agree with Whitfield Crane sounding like a cross between Bon Scott and ozzy on that new song !

Cool man, glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the album tanked in the US. I always tell my friends that when it was released here it sold about a dozen copies - one to me, and the rest to the band's family and friends. Haha.

...and yeah, he totally sounds like Bon/Ozzy on that new track doesn't he? I gotta pick up that new EP sometime soon.

So I'm obviously in a writing mood, cuz this is my second new entry in 48 hours. Here's my take on the new KISS album.

Time for another "Forgotten Hard Rock Albums" entry... and the lucky winners this time are Savatage.

My first ever book review. I just finished this excellent (although depressing, infuriating and horrifying) book on the infamous "Great White Nightclub Fire" in 2003 and had to say a few words 'bout it.

After catching bits & pieces of the "Lemmy" film (and several others) on VH1 Classic this past weekend, I was inspired to write a blog about my ten favorite Heavy Metal documentary flicks....

My latest Hubpage entry isn't movie or music related, it's just something that I needed to get off my chest.

I've been a smokeless tobacco user since I was in my teens. I've tried to quit a number of times over the years but have always back-slid. Well, I'm giving it another try and I figure if I wrote a blog about it, then I'd have to make it stick this time cuz if I back slid, then I'd have to admit my failure all over the internet and look like a schmuck.

Anyway, it's been seven days thus far and I haven't killed anybody yet, soooooo.... onward and upward!!

New one!!
The wife and I were discussing cartoons with our kids the other night, which inspired this entry about some of the more, shall we say, WTF Saturday Morning Toons of the late 70s and early 80s.

"Konichi-wa, mother**kers!"

I've been on a pretty big Loudness kick this past week so I turned that kick into yet another one of my "Brief History of So-and-So" entries...
