Movie about a Iron Fist...

I remember as a kid going to a Video store (this is when VHS ruled) and seeing a movie that had a guy who was altered.  If memory serves me correct, the guy had a metal fist or arm on him.  He then turned against has capturs.  That is all I remember.  I thought it was F.I.S.T., but that is a different movie.  This has Sly in it.

Any ideals?

The movie Nasty Hero ends with the hero putting an iron cast on his arm and fighting the bad guys.  They had captured and tortured him before that.  IIRC, the box art showed him with the iron cast on.

Original poster J. Pickett has posted 990 times, so maybe is still on here somewhere (or will be back)... first thing I thought of when reading his description was the 80s VHS classic HANDS OF STEEL, which he can still check out on Prime if he reads this. Seems like a highly possible candidate........
