Anyone live anywhere that is home to any good local/unsigned talent? I'm not talking about bands or solo musicians that come from your neck of the woods and made good, I'm talking specifically about artists who are yet to be discovered or have flown completely under the radar for maybe even a few decades.

There's a band from my hometown (Manchester) called Fury UK, who are totally incredible. They've released a few albums, self-financed on indie labels and tour across the UK mainly in small clubs and as a support act. I am mystified as to how they haven't been snapped up yet as they possess a ridiculous amount of talent. I saw them support Saxon & Wolfsbane back in March and was blown away. Chris Appleton is one of the best guitarists I've ever seen live.

I liked that, they remind me of No Prayer For The Dying era Iron Maiden which is a good thing imo. the bit at 6:20 I've never seen anyone do that on guitar before  Thumbup. is there still enough of a market for that kind of sound though? maybe that's why they haven't been signed...just guessing

no local talent to speak of in my town tbh, although I don't really check for it either...haven't seen a live band in ages

The cover of "little brown jug" at the very end is spectacular.

Lagomorphs: menace or underutilized resource?

Here's a couple of songs by a local band called Hobo. They call their music "Honkadelic." They are a lot of fun to listen to live. These aren't the best versions of the songs, but the guys in the group have obvious fun playing together and it shows in their music.
