90's Fat Bastard type scene but possibly the original

Help me out i remember a move where a women has to get into bed with a fat and disgusting man and either puts a tracking device or obtains knowledge from him. I remember it being dark in the room and possibly some medical devices in the room. This was probably a sci-fi horror movie . The women is doing this to help someone out. I always thought the movie was spawn but after watching it i guess not.

That could be it if there no others, some reason i recall something sexual about it however over the years i may have just put it in my mind since fat bastard. Any other suggestions would be helpful
