80's film W/ a Mansion

I remember watching this movie when i was a child so i dont know if it was meant to be a comedy or a scary movie.
There is two particular parts of the movie i remember. All i can remember is that the main character is in a mansion or large house and is being held against his will. He eventually escapes but needs to go back for some reason. Outside of the mansion i can remember it being like a junkyard or maybe lots of tires? I think the movie ends up with a battle on the roof of the mansion. Any help please?

Hmmm. Possibly NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. Horror/comedy, mansion in a junkyard. A lot of people have vague recollections of it. Another thought is DELICATESSEN.

hahaha nothing but trouble was it!!!! I must have been 7 when i watched it .. some big names in it though . Im gonna have to rewatch it. Thanks man.
