Anger venting thread

My older sister is temping at the convenience store I work at til January. This older man came in with a Camel Snus coupon and wanted to use it to get money off on some Pall Malls. Well,naturally she told him she couldn't do that,it wasn't even the same product. He became verbally abusive,saying that "the other girl" took it all the time. That "other girl" was either my twin or me and he'd never tried to pull that on us. Then the next day he came in and threw a big fit about it to our boss,saying she'd been the one who'd yelled and cursed....another lie. My twin happened to be there and she went ballistic,telling him he was a big liar. The boss diffused the situation as usual....by backing the customer and telling her we had to take them. I swear,if a customer came in and looked our boss in the eye to tell him we'd cut his head off the loser would believe him.
