Sometimes you just forget about the existence of some b-movies.

I had a coworker bring this movie up and, and it suddenly brought back memories of seeing the trailer for this back in the 80’s. I looked it up and it really looks like a b-movie gem. Sandra Locke won a Razzie for Worst Actress. The plot description says that it is never explained why the central character is a rat/human hybrid. The makeup was done by Rick Baker. WHY HAVE I NEVER SEEN THIS?

Has anybody here seen this movie? Comments?

I've seen it back then but don't remember much about it except for the cool ratboy make up.
If I'm not mistaken Sondra Locke played a reporter (?) discovering ratboy in some back alley. After that my memory runs blank.

I think the whole thing's on Youtube in about 11 parts.  Looks like grade A '80s cheese   Thumbup

Here's part 1:

My friend Daniel and I saw this when we were kids, which was a distressingly long time ago.  He is still of the opinion that Ratboy is the worst movie ever made.  I don't even remember it.

I just like how the wikipedia article says the reason for Ratboy's condition is never explained. Combined with the presence of Sondra Locke this leads me to believe this is a disaster of a movie, and possibly a gem of a b-movie. I'll have to check out the parts on Youtube.

I remember I got my dad to rent me this years ago when I was a little kid and I found it extremely bizarre, depressing and the adult world in which Ratboy existed seemed positively grotesque. All I can remember of the story, is that some clothes shop worker finds him in a dumpster, exploits him and then I believe he eventually runs away.

I really wish this was on DVD. I want to see it again, but I don't want to watch it all chopped up on Youtube.

Yeah I too saw this when I was young and always wanted to see it again. in fact I was talking t my friends about this just the other day.

I remeber one scene where Ratboy is in a Diner I think and urinates on a couch or something. Me and my cousins thaught that bit was hillarious.
