So here was the basic story of what happened. Back in the 90s i wanna say 95-97... on cinemax or hbo one or the other Power rangers movie came on. my parents recorded it for me and accidentally recorded another movie after it. i remember it was badass and was like 3 ninjas in style.

here's what i remember of the movie for the most part:

The movie was about Kickboxing (i THINK) ... i am pretty sure i remember that correctly because i thought kickboxing was lame... however this movie it was some girl and her brother and they were badass kickboxing kids...

the kids couldn't be older than about 12 the girl being older and taller than her brother.  the girl had blonde hair and her younger brother either sandy blonde, blonde, or light brown. they were doing SOMETHING, not sure what and got involved in some nonsense where they were running from bad guys and using their badass fighting stuff. there might have been a scene in a toy store? but basically 3 ninjas style of kid movie... and it was on cinemax or hbo or one or the other... cant remember... gha.   i remember vague scenes of them hiding, fighting, kicking, all sorts of 90s nonsense. the last part i clearly remember is that there was this bad guy looking for a TREASURE. and they were in a CAVE, and he led them by the hand not letting them go as he was trying to find the treasure. there was a woman with him in a leopard skin or tiger striped or zebra striped dress. some animal skin dress... not sure why... i remember this is where my parents stopped recording and CUT OFF THE MOVIE because obviously power rangers was done... to this day i wondered if they ever got the treasure lol... pretty sure they probably did... if i know anything about cheesy 90s movies...

the title might have a B in it?  i can't remember... just extremely vague memories... god i wish i could find that vhs... it was awesome!

This sounds like Double Blast to me.

As time goes by, you will see
That we're going to be free, you and me
We'll touch the sky
Can you see in your mind's eye that we are one
We're all the same and life is just a simple game.
