The film kind of starts off with this guy’s daughter gets kidnapped by this man and women. The kidnappers tell him he's got to kill this famous lady politician or something like that, But when he's working his way to her, everything is set up like when he goes through a metal detector the guy scanning him turns it off and when he needs to get into this locked room the cleaning lady drops the keys/card as she walks off.

That’s all I can remember I saw it years ago.
