I saw this movie partially like 15 years ago and lately it has really started to bother me. I only remember that something toxic is in the water supply system or something like that. The camera shows a town which is in absolute silence. Town people have died on their kitchen tables and behind the wheel's of their car and bodies are laying on the lawns and sidewalks. At the end a woman runs over a sheriff, she speeds up and crushes the guy between two cars. The other car looked a lot like 80s Ford Bronco, but i'm not 100% sure. I hope that someone would recognize this film.

Though it's been a while since I have seen this, some elements sound similar to Nightmare at Noon.

I checked the trailer of Impulse and some of the scenes looked very familiar.
