I can remember very little on this film, I'm pretty sure it revolves around a women psycho going around killing people. There are two scenes that I remember. The first is a guy whose on a roof See's the psycho women murder some guy watching TV with a piece of meat or something like that. The second is at the end where the women psycho is in court and she goes to the ladies bathroom and kills a random person for wearing white high heels?? Or something like that.

It might not even be a comedy but my memory is really hazy.

Sounds like John Waters' "Serial Mom," starring Kathleen Turner and Ricki Lake.

Definitely Serial Mom.

I don't remember the rest of it, but the killing for "wearing white after Labor Day" was definitely from Serial Mom.

Why can't you wear white after Labor Day?
