I suffered through the first movie and only made it about 20 minutes into the second....barf! This is a sad state of affairs for horror.....and I think Buffy would kick their butts!

I think I was  raped.
I been watching horror and expliotaion movies forever-and when s**t Hollywood movies move in on my territory-I feel like ...I dunno...
WAIT ! Yes I do. Raped.
It's sad when Hollywood rip off old horror and expliotaion movies and they dont even come close to the originals...even thou -actually in spite of-that the originals...ahhh f**k. I lost my train of thought.
Bottom line-Hollywwod has been making bad expliotation films for years (watch the DIE HRD series) just not well.

You know Stewart's supposedly got the female lead role in "Akira"? Thumbdown

Also playing the title character in Snow White and the Huntsmen.

The Twilight movies aren't horror, they're romance movies.  Because nothing is more romantic than being in love with a walking corpse.

And a man who also is a werewolf, who owns clothes he never wears cause he also always takes off his shirt for no reason.

I tell ya, these movies take the cake.  I know a girl in love with these films.  Showed her Nosferatu.  "He's ugly? The hell is this sh*t?"

All the while I'm screaming "Vampires don't SPARKLE."

Well, yeah, that's exactly what they are. There is fundamentally no difference between Twilight and a Danielle Steele novel except that the former is aimed specifically at teens distorted vampire lore to the point of being virtually unrecognizable.

f**k the Twilight movies.
Seriously.
It has nothing to do with vampires. It's just sparkling pretty-boys. The avearge fans are 13 year old girls.
There is so much wrong with this series that I don't know where to begin.
I haven't seen a single one of it. But I do know enough about them that I don't want to see them.

Saw it tonight.

Some parts well done.  (Bella's wedding night freakout for example.  The wedding.)

Some parts chest-clutchingly bad (Werewolf inner dialogue part when Jake leaves the pack.  Creepy imprintation seen with almond-eyed CG baby.)

But, there were some people near the front row who made the most amazing and humorous anguished noises at certain bad parts of the movie.  Had me and my wife doubled over laughing at times.  :)

OK, the chance to see this might make it worth the price of admission.
