Can't really remember alot of it except it starts with alot of women changing in a changing room(alot of nudity). One of them walks braless through sliding mechanic doors and talks with a male crewmember like nothing is wrong at all. think their uniforms are blue or maybe grey blue. It's supposed to be a comedy but not really funny oh and its aboard a spaceship saw the film rented on vcr in 94- 96 not a new movie at that time as i remember it was listed as favourites . help please

Well, it's not on a space ship, but it does sound a bit like an early scene in ROBOCOP.  The male and female cops shared a locker room and the uniforms very dark blue.

Perhaps "Flesh Gordon 2" - though I don't remember the women having uniforms like you describe.

The others that jump to mind are "Spaced Out" (which I only know of) and "Star Slammer" (which ends up being mostly a women-in-prison in space film).
