Man, Ronnie, I am sorry to hear that.  Had she been ill for awhile?
Serious condolences; nothing worse than grieving and trying to handle funeral arrangements at the same time.

The whole thing was horror. Seeing my Ma dead in her coffin was awful in itself. I broke done and bawled like a baby.
To make it worse Tony (her husband-NOT my father), had brought his crack-head girlfreind to the wake. And everyone was standing around and laughing like it was some kinda f**king party. I just wanted to go ballistic and kill them all. Me and my brothers left early.
It was too much.

Good Lord...
My thoughts go out to you, RC. I've had to see both my parents in a coffin, and I know how you feel.

My condolences, RC.  This time is filled with all kinds of emotions.  From my own experience (both my parents are gone) time makes the pain soften.  And eventually you wrap your heart around the best memories.  Hugs to you.

Condolences.  Wish I could be there to help ease the pain.  Stay strong, my friend.

My condolences. My mother died unexpected two years ago and we are still in shock. We had a nice natural burial for my mom in a gorgeous, peaceful forrest. My mom always said that when her time comes she doesn't want to be put in a coffin buried in a graveyard in our town. She got her final wish and I'm sure she would have loved the place we picked.
Grieving is a b***h. The first six months were the hardest but the pain will cease after some time. Be strong.

I'm very sorry to hear that RC, My condolences to you. I do hope that those people who laughed at your mum will be injured very badly soon, and they will see whose laughing now.
