I wasn't sure whether to post this as a good movie or a bad movie because it's a very average thriller.  But it has a pretty sleazy look and feel to it, so I posted it here in the Bad Movie section.

Anyway, this one is about a psycho (wearing sunglasses) who kills women.  Yeah.  We've all seen this plot a thousand times.  But what makes this movie stand out a bit is several explicit (but not quite hardcore) sex scenes and a couple of memorable murders.  One scene involves a guy looking at pictures of people having sex while his girlfriend masturbates in the next room.  After she finishes, the guy comes in, whips her, and then they have sex.  In another scene, the killer stabs a prostitute repeatedly in her vagina.  Later, he ties another woman to her kitchen table and saws off her leg.  Her housekeeper comes home and finds the victim's torso and body parts stuffed in the refrigerator.

The version I have is in Italian with English subtitles and had been edited together from two different sources to create the ultimate uncut, explicit version.  There are definitely better giallos available, but this one was okay.

Here's the cover art:

I'm well into giallos at the moment and never heard of this one. it seems slightly later era, althought one of the death descriptions reminds me exactly of one in NEW YORK RIPPER which was even later, 1982

do you have a link to any more of the films in that cinema de bizzare 'The Giallo Collection' series?

I have ordered at least 3 or 4 times from this site.  Probably at least 50 movies in total.  Excellent service and you will get prompt e-mail responses if you have questions.  It may take 2 - 3 weeks to get your movies (they are all on DVD-R and you can get them either in plain paper sleeves or plastic boxes with cover art if you want to pay a little more).  Most of the movies on the site have a quality rating (A, B, C, etc.)  I'm pretty sure everything I have purchased has been a "B - " or better (I try to stick to the "A" and "A - " movies as much as possible).  So far, his ratings have been very accurate (and in some cases I think the quality is better than advertised).  I believe he is running a special right now (20% off or something) if you enter a special code when you check out.  Plus, he always gives you one free  movie for every two you pay for.  Just submit the ones you want to pay for on the order form, then he will send you an e-mail telling you how many freebies you can get and asking you for the titles.  The website has complete instructions on how to order and how to get your free titles.  This site is also excellent: http://www.superstrangevideo.com/index.asp, but a bit more expensive and you don't get any cover art with your movies.  They just come in plain CD-sized plastic cases.  But the quality of the movies is really good and the guy who runs the site is very friendly and responsive.  He is also running a big sale right now.

BounceGiggle Well, I'm all for gratutitous nudity, but the sex scenes weren't very sexy if you know what I mean. I do like the part where the woman masturbates the young fella, though! (Yes, I'm a sickie).
