I’m going on really faded memories from my childhood here so there may be some inaccuracies.

The first movie was a monster movie I saw parts of late at night on HBO in the mid to late 1980s. The first scene I remember is someone being attacked in an alleyway by some creatures and one of them had bugged out eyes and a skeleton sort of face. Later on a group of kids discover these creatures can only be hurt by water (at least I think it was water) and they start attacking the monsters with water pistols which makes the creatures burn and melt into goo. It was almost like a knock off of CHUD.

The second was a movie from maybe the 1970s or 80s.

There was a family in the woods on top of a mountain who got trapped inside a Winnebago camper by these flying, screeching creatures that looked like sting rays that made weird noises when they flew.

When the creatures latched onto someone, usually on their neck, they started sucking out the person’s blood through tentacles or something that came out of their mouths and when the creatures were hurt or killed it looked like they bled yellow mustard. If I recall right the Winnebago ends up going over a cliff at one point and the only person left alive from the ordeal is a young boy. It had really cheesy special effects from what I remember.

That's all I got, I hope you guys can help. :)

The second one sounds like it could be MOSQUITO.  You can see a Winnebago in the trailer.

The second is probably Without Warning.

The first movie sounds like Neon Maniacs.
There's a review for it here on this site: http://www.badmovies.org/movies/neonmaniacs/

Holy Crap you guys are amazing!

The one was definitely Without Warning from 1980. I did an image search and they show the Winnebago from the film and the trailer showed some other stuff I remembered. It had been so long since I saw that movie I almost thought I dreamed it. XD

And the other one was Neon Maniacs. I can't believe I missed that review, I thought I read all of them on this site.

Wow, again thank you to all of you for this. :D
