This has been bugging me for years.  Unfortunately, all I remember about this movie is the ending.  A group of people board a shuttle or spaceship getting ready to leave a planet or space station.  One of the group is a robot who I remember looked a lot like Twiki from Buck Rogers.  Right before they leave, they decide the robot has to seek out and destroy another robot that looks just like him.  They flip some kind of switch on him, that turns him from 'normal' mode to 'killer' mode.  The robot stands up and slowly walks out of the ship and finds this other robot.  They battle to the death, and this is the scene that is most vivid in my mind.  They are crashing through walls in slow motion as they fight and one robot finally wins and kills the other.

The very end is somewhat of a 'twist' ending in that since both robots looked exactly alike, the group of humans aren't sure which robot won.  When the victor boards the ship they are hesitant but I think they assume the right robot won and they leave.  This part is a lot more hazy in my mind than the rest but I think that's how it went.

I wish I could give more details but that's all I remember.  Twiki-look-alike robots and that slow motion scene where they are crashing through walls.  If someone knows the title of this film I will be THRILLED!!!
