My kids got a pair of Sugar Gliders, JUST DANCE 3 for the Wii, an Evanescence CD for one daughter.  My wife and I got each other a new PC, and then I gave her a Snuggee.  Within my siblings, parents, and in-laws, we draw names every Christmas.  I drew my older brother and gave him a frame full of ancient Roman coins I bought at an antique auction.  My younger nieces and nephews got gift cards.

I'm in like Flynn with her until Valentine's day at least   TeddyR

We got our oldest girl a Sony tablet.  Those things are really cool, I want one!  We also got her an Itunes gift card.

Our second girl got a bunch of clothes.  My wife and her have been shopping pretty much nonstop since Black Friday    Buggedout

We got our son a video camera and a new keyboard and mouse.

Also got our girls some pictures and other decorations for their apartment.

For dad I got golf balls, tees, and some golf gloves.  For mom I got a crisp new $100 bill.  Those are her favorite   Smile

The adults in the family exchanged some fairly inexpensive token stuff this year, but my wife and I got Ro a couple of particularly cool gifts. We decided that we didn't really care what we received, so we put most of the effort into nice things for the little one. Much simpler that way.

I bought Ro a 200-in-one electronic project lab. One of those kits where you connect wires between components using little spring terminals to make radios, chirping birds, light chasers and such. I used to play with something similar as a kid, and I thought it would be a fun and educational thing for father and daughter to do together. She loves it.

And the big family gift this year was a pair of guinea pigs and all the assorted paraphernalia. Ro chose to name them Godzilla and Ghidorah. The kid is a chip off the old block.

She also got some clothes, puzzles, games, books, art supplies, etc., but the electronic set and the new pets stand out as clear favourites.
