The Cinefamily in LA does this "100 most outrageous kills" gore scene compendium in October. Last October they ran one and you can see the "trailer" for it here:

If you scroll down to the trailer for the kill compendium, you'll see a Vimeo box with a very outrageous kill -- a woman (?) ripping open a man's (?) head -- does anyone know what film this is from?

Hatchet 2, IMO, is pretty awful. It's hokey, and not in a good way.
