All i can remember is one or two people traveling to get somewhere in a "Mad Max" type world and at one point there is three people hanging (crucified?) on old tv antennas and a guy is reading from the tv guide like it is the Bible.  i remeber him saying "trapper john md...the flinstones."

I recall a similar scene in Phoenix the Warrior (1988), aka She Wolves of the Wasteland.

I think this one was more about a drink rather than the television. This might not be it but...
