possible film ending description

80's alien comedy film
the only scene I remember is, an alien spaceship tries taking off from a farm but can't get lift, then you here aliens discussing how to take off then they flush their toilet to lose the weight and take off. I also remember the farmland from where it took off had super-sized crops from the alien 'fertiliser'

the movie is "Spaced Invaders"

it came out in 1990 and starred Doug Barr (from the Fall Guy) and character actor Royal Dano
