Getting cold, starting to rain more frequently.

Thankfully Penny (my dog) hasn't been freaking out when it rains like she normally does.

When the thunder starts we have to feed her a Xanax.

We are currently having one of the warmest (hottest) October ever. I'm not really surprised though.

Yeah, I'd say we are as well. "Indian summer" perhaps...

Looks like our "Indian Summer" might be (finally) over. There's a storm warning for this evening/tonight and temps are supposedly dropping below 50 F tomorrow.

How's that for extreme weather: this October was the third warmest in 130 years. Temp average was 11,9 C, the norm is 9 C. Rainfall was a little less than the norm, but it was also the cloudiest (w/ fog/mist) in five years. In some regions there was snowfall, others had excessive rain/flooding, and most parts had violent windstorms.
It's currently sunny and 62 F. According to forecast warm weather will continue for the next three days.
Back in the normal days November brought us freezing temps below 0 C. I miss those days  Bluesad

One to three inches of snow expected tonight.  Guess it's time to take the golf clubs out of the car  Bluesad

It finally feels and looks like late autumn. Misty/overcast all day, pretty cool during the day but not freezing yet.

Breezy, chilly, sore-throat-inducing. But a trip to sunny California looms, so I can't complain.
