I don't know how loved it is, but I really very strongly disliked RENT.  Not over gay elements or HIV or anything like that, but because it glorified people refusing to accept the consequences of their actions and living as drains on society's resources.  Nevermind the heavyhandedness of it -- the villain (who you know is bad because his name is "Coffin") is bad because he "sold out" and got "a real job" and his evil plan involves evicting these "artists" who are squatting in a tenement building, so that he can follow up with urban renewal and beautification.

There aren't enough words to tell you how many things I disliked about Batman Begins and Dark Knight.

... well, there probably are, but I don't care to type them all.

I'm not a fa of the American Pie movies either.

I liked them, soundtrack has to be the best  one I've heard in years and it stayed close to the Batman comic 'mythos.' Of course, I am a  huge fan of the schlocky 66 TV show. TeddyR

Twilight and all its nasty little sequels-REAL vampires DON'T sparkle

Since when is the Twilight series beloved?

Most sane people agree the Twilight series are pure rubish. But you gotta remember Not everyone is sane... In fact most off the Twilight fans are either Pre-Teen girls or soccor mums. There is a lot off them.

I really tried to like "Twilight" because I'm a big fan of Kristen Stewart's (all of her other movies are pretty good). But, all the hype, I just couldn't take it anymore! I didn't want to jump on the backlash bandwagon, but enough is enough.

Again, Twilight is not a loved film outside of its small audience.  Though you are right.  Kristen Stewart's other movies are pretty good, like The Runaways and Welcome to the Rileys.

I absolutly LOVE! Kristen Stewart out side off twilight. She is a cool chick and very good actress outside twilight.

I do not think Kristen stewart could do much with the Charector Bella Swan. Think about it, Stephanie Myer, does not really Describe Bellas Charector or Personality, Besides being a whinny, boring girl who lets her boyfriend do everything for her. What could Kristen get out off that? And even if Kristen Stewart decided to get a bit creative about it. Stephanie myer did Purposly write Bella like a blank canvas so any angsty Teenage girl could put themselves in her place. So Kristen was most likely banned from acctually acting!

Check out her Movie "Speak" a very good movie. She does a really good job in that aswell. Girls say they could relate to the highs and lows Bella Goes through, but speak reminded me more off my Highschool days.

I think certain movies are designed for Oscar consideration. I think Forest Gump is one of them. They get a huge star like Tom Hanks, tell this emotional story of struggle mixed with some charm and with the right marketing, and America swallows it up every time. Which is ok with me if it's done with someone like Hanks, who is a great actor. But it bugs the hell out of me when they do it with someone like Brad Pitt, whom, in my opinion is a weak actor. Hollywood is a close knit club and they pick which films and performers they want to make or break. I just seen a trailer for the new George Clooney movie and I thought "More of the same old thing." Americans are told what movies are good and bad, it's only free thinkers like all of us here that have the guts to say "We make up our own minds."

Ledger played an interesting character, it just wasn't the Joker.
