Certainly there's a lot of these in films, especially bad ones, but what are your faves?
Here's mine....

SCORPIO- Burt Lancaster, Alain Delon. Burt and Alain are being pursued in a car chase in the New York alleyways. Burt throws their ride into reverse, overhead shot of the rear of their car CRASHING into front of pursuit car, crumpling trunk and hood respectively.

      Reaction shots int. both cars.
Burt slams it into forward, overhead shot of his vehicle pulling away from other car....without a mark on either one.

One of my favorites is from that classic "The Wizard of Oz" where they just can't seem to get the length of Dorothy's hair the way they want it.

It is a  classic and no matter  how many times  one sees it, you always  pick up on something new. They don't make movies even remotely  that good  these days. They might as well stop making movies and spend all that  money on helping people.

Gotta be honest....there's not much coming out these days that peaks my interest.

Just watched "Horror of Dracula"....when they first show Lucy about to recieve Dracula the bites appear on her neck after several shots. Twirling

Watched TASTE THE BLOOD OF DRACULA the other night....there's a sequence where the hero pulls one of Drac's dead victims out of a stream. As he carries her up to the bank her arm, which had been hanging limply, suddenly wraps itself across his back, as if the actress was afraid of being dropped.
