Movie sequels you had no idea ever existed, like Prom Night IV or Alone in the Dark II.

Hard to Die (1990) - a sort of unofficial sequel / remake of Sorority House Massacre 2.

Witchcraft XII: In the Lair of the Serpent (2002) - got this in the Vamps and Witches 4 Movie Pack.  Never heard of this series, but there's at least 12 of them apparently.

Outpost 2: Black Sun. I really enjoyed the first one, didn't know a sequel came out recently. Apparently they are working on part 3 already.

Not truly a sequel, but how about 1944's RETURN OF THE APE MAN? Bela Lugosi returns, but not as the man-turned-ape-man Dr. Brewster.  Now he's Professor Dexter, and with John Carradine's help finds a frozen caveman in the arctic, thaws and revives him, and implants a sliver of Carradine's brain into the caveman so he can speak, is less aggressive, and follows orders better.  Dig the scene of the caveman playing Moonlight Sonata on the piano!

CURSE OF THE FLY (1965)
It's the third installment in THE FLY series.
I'm not so sure how obscure it is, but you don't see it playing on TV very often.
And it's a pretty decent flick.

I nominate The Birds II: Land's End, a fairly execrable made-for-TV movie from 1994. I watched this movie about 10 years ago, and remember it being more about some couple's boring relationship problems than anything bird related.

It did have Tippi Hedren in it, though.

Bates Motel

It was intended to be the pilot for a TV series based on Psycho without involving the character of Norman Bates.  I've watched it.  It's incredibly dull.
