Skank Alert!

Looking for the name of an American (or Canadian?) movie made either in the early '90s or late '80s. I saw it on USA Up All Night in the early '90s. I think it's a college comedy B-movie. The part I remember most is when they were throwing a college party, and there were 2 kids under the floorboards, one of which was looking up the girls' skirts. He yells, "Skank alert!", and the other kid tries to get a look while saying, "Let me see. Let me see the skank." But the first kid wouldn't let him look. Then some drunk student at the party knocks over a keg of beer which soaks the two kids underneath. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
