This is kind of an offshoot of my love for 70's disaster films but I've found I love movies where people are confined in some way.  Obviously in some of the disaster films its a larger scale like a plane, building or train but I really enjoy it on a smaller scale with only a couple people or one person.  So movies like Buried, Frozen, and even stuff like Lo are great at confining the cast to a small area.  So big scale or small scale or whatever, if you dig this sort of movie or you don't what are some of your favorites?

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

     The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.

My wife and I refer to these as "get in and can't get out" movies.  Here are just a few (of many).

* NOT WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER (1991) - Big scale . . . trapped in a country!
* CUBE (1997)
* THE CASSANDRA CROSSING (1976)
* DELIVERANCE (1972)
