Left to right-My Uncle Ronny (yes-I was named after him-he named his son Ronny, too. Shsssh!  Lookingup), Uncle Doug,Granpa Hammer,my Dad...and some kid who's dressed like he's from planet earth. This was about-oh-1970?

Striped pants, maroon pants (WHY?), matching white belts and shoes, wide collars.

Remember iron on transfers? After a couple a washes they would crack and peel-until it looked like you had a decal of ancient wall paper on yer shirt...

All I can say is Flare pants look a lot better than skinny Jeans and heels... The 70's was the best decade for Fashion I think. The 80's was the worst but the best for Movies by far.

There was an art to riding your bike while wearing bell-bottom jeans.

I remember many bike accidents, including a few of my own, being caused by the bell cuff getting tangled up in the chain. It was quite a chore getting the jeans separated from the chain, with the jeans almost always coming out with a very distint jagged scar.

Well, did'ya ever try running while wearing platform shoes AND elephant bells? A recipe for disaster, man.

Always loved this picture, especially DeForest Kelley.

There could be a whole thread dedicated to the wardrobe of Mr. Furley.

And who could forget the style of Lee Majors.
