mean Christmas elf

Hello People,
I remember seeing a cartoon at least 20 years ago with a bad elf. The part I remember the most is the end where an elf was cutting Santa's reigns and he yelled "you die fat boy". I understand this is not alot to go on, if anybody has seen this one I would like to see it again.
