Greeting, just came by from your German „rip-off“ site Badmovies.de and couldn’t help but notice the similarities between the forums. Guess our founding father has dipped into the concept, but that should come naturally when dealing with “Bad Movies”.

Like the reviews, sweet and short. Ours tend to be a bit lengthier, getting into details (no spoiler warnings, it’s a German thing, don’t ask). Plus, I find the lack of nudity here slightly … how shall we say, “strange”. Again, may be a German thing. 

Anyway, just introducing ourselves and will be lurking around for a while … Smile

I didn't know there was a badmovies.de. I don't speak german so there's no danger of me defecting from this place, i'm sure you're all a great bunch of guys though

as for the lack of nudity, well that's made up for by the large amount of underpants discussions that go on around here. way more exciting IMO.

As for the "no nudity" thing-well-we get lotsa kids here...you can have extreme violence,drug addiction,gore-but nudity?

Welcome aboard. The lack of nudity is from two reasons- one is the forum guides, and the other is because of us misfits likes to hang here. Smile not sure about the second reasoning though TeddyR Cheers

Well, we just had a similar discussion recently on BM.de. Saw a picture of your founder, (holding up some Indiana Jones toy). If that is him, take away the army hat and the moustache and you’ll see our administrator, Dr. Acula. (Was kinda eerie … from there the discussion went on to Star Trek “Mirror, Mirror”).  Lookingup

Welcome!  I've been far too scarce due to military duties, but I finally checked out from that command and should have a more reasonable amount of time for life.  Still 12 hours or so a day, but not 14-16 and working weekends too.

I'm not certain of which photograph of me you saw, but I am now sans the moustache.
