Lolita is truly an exceptional movie. I think it's the most underrated out of Kubrick's classics.

Since someone has brought up Ms. Mills' name, then let me add to the story. Yes, she made her first nude appearance in 1966 in "The Family Way," or the year after she left Disney. It involved her sitting in a washtub taking a bath. And she just happened to glance up at the catwalk above the stage where the scene was being shot, and she saw a crew member above her. And she said she did not know what was more disturbing, that he could look down and see her, or that he was not looking at her, as he was reading the newspaper.

Walt Disney did have a proprietary interest in the young actresses that worked for him. When Annette Funicello went off to make the Beach Blanket movies, he asked her to do one favor for him. That she never wear a binkini in any of the movies, and she said: "Yes, Mr. Disney," and that is why you never see her wear a bikini in any of those films.
