Comedy of the 90s

Well I have been trying to remember this movie for a long time now.

It is a grotesque comedy I guess you could say.

So I'm almost sure it's of the 90s.

About this guy who i going on a trip with his parents (to europe?) so he invites a friend to go on the trip as well. I think it was the friend who would jerk off to his friends parents having sex (not a graphical scene). Also in another part of the movie, not sure if it was both of them or just one of the friends, they take a s**t in the sea. They also meet up with two girls and they are going to go out and when the girls where getting ready, there is this scene where the girls are exploding huge pimples to a mirror.

That is all I remember... Any ideas?
