Sting of Death and the Creeping terror might have the worst looking monster costumes in them. Also I'd include Curse of Bigfoot and Godmonster of Indian Flatts.

Good ones, especially Sting of Death:

There is also the Creature from the Haunted Sea:

Larry Buchanan made a few with bad suits, like It's Alive from 1969

Aww.  Is it really that bad?   Question

Yes.

How 'bout HORROR OF PARTY BEACH (1964)?

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

Similar to It's Alive, there's also Buchanan's Creature of Destruction and Curse of the Swamp Creature...

Rubber suit monsters weren't just a part of films, they were also a staple of classic Sci-Fi TV with Star Trek, The Outer Limits,  and especially Doctor Who and the Irwin Allen shows (Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, The Time Tunnel) making very good use of them.

The TV shows usually have smaller budgets to work with, along with the fact that one goofy monster cannot ruin a whole series.  I remember the older Dr. Who having some doozies.

Guiron is another awesome fellow.  He looks like a gray bulldog with a butcher knife strapped to his head.
