Newly discovered. Dates from 1902. Just incredible!

I guess Calvin's dad was wrong about the world being only black and white back then...

DEATH be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadfull, for, thou art not so,
For, those, whom thou think'st, thou dost overthrow,
Die not, poore death, nor yet canst thou kill me....
Thou art slave to Fate, Chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poyson, warre, and sicknesse dwell...

One short sleepe past, wee wake eternally,
And death shall be no more; death thou shalt die.

That is amazing.  Looking at those little children and realizing that they would be over 110 if they were still alive - WOW!!!!

Very impressive to put it mildly.

This is amazing! Just think of all the other pieces of film out there we haven't discovered yet. Who knows what we haven't seen? There could of been an even older color film than this floating out there.

We're gonna have to find everything eventually though, or at least all surviving films.

Cool!  It's good when lost films are found; when it's historically significant, that's even better.

Pretty sure the first color film was likely animated. So was this the first live-action color film? Fascinating.
