I'm trying to figure out the name of a movie from the '70s maybe early 80's. So far a web search has turned up nothing except one other person asking about it. Here's his description:
"The movie involved a man who would administer corporal punishment to teenagers and children who had committed violent crimes. He would ask the parents what they wanted to happen to their children, and they would reply with "punish him." Punishment would include throwing the teen into a snake pit, dunking them repeatedly in water, and electrocution. The movie was in color, but unfortunately I only remember those scenes and the following scene where a few men in suits talk about his child punishment service."
