I think the movie had two names in the title. One name was the girl being stalked and the other was the guy who stalked her. It looked like it was shot in the 70s or 80s but people were dressed in hippie-type clothes. All I remember is that the woman came into this guy's life (either she moved into his building or started working with him), they became friends, she started dating someone else and then the man began stalking her relentlessly. I believe he raped/killed her? He was super creepy looking...long hair...kinda looked like Gallager? Please help me find this!

(Random scene I remember: A group of hippies all together in a room playing music. One person is playing a sitar or a small handheld harp.)

Driller Killer, maybe? The main character looked nasty, and his neighbors played music in their apartment, and that is what helped him come unhinged. Among other things, that is. The details you give seem to match it except the story elements.

The story elements sound more like Blood Song, in which Frankie Avalon plays a serial killer whose actions can be seen by a handicapped girl who once received a blood transfusion from him so he goes after her. But Frankie looked very clean and neat in that movie.

That's a very good thought.  A number of the basic points do match up well.

Wow - that does match up w a lot! Especially what the guy looked like. But it was definitely a stalker movie.
