I have been looking for this movie and can't find the title anywhere.

It was in MTV or abc family a while ago and I only remember bits and pieces.

There are three teenagers that are dead and one has to tape his head back on so it doesn't fall off.
It wasn't scary it was more funny than scary.

This is most likely IDLE HANDS (99). Look at the poster, kid's carrying his head.
