Hi :)

What an excellent idea to have a forum for the kind of question I've had for ages.  My head is full of dimly remembered bits of films.

There's one I've been trying to find that affected me when I was a teenager (late seventies early eighties then) and I'd love to watch it again with a more mature understanding.

It was a French film with subtitles and there was an older man seduced a young girl.  She got pregnant and either miscarried or abandoned her new baby in an outhouse or well.  It's that which has haunted me for some time, that I can't remember the outcome and feel unsure what was really happening.

Be very grateful if anyone can make something of that tiny fragment.
I seem to remember watching it in Black and White but that might be if we had a Black and White TV at the time, not sure.
