When I was about 5-6 years old, I saw a scene from a movie that I never forgot. Until this day sometimes that scene will come back into my mind for no reason and I cannot seem to find what the movie is. The scene starts with a completely white background kind of like you see sometimes in commercials. Then a bald gentlemen wearing a hat, a suit and glasses appears on frame riding a bicycle. He rings the bicycle bell a few time then out of nowhere a car runs him over. The gentlemen is left on the ground bleeding. That's all I can remember. Does any one know what this movie is?
