I originally saw this film on an Encore channel.  The film is in French with English subtitles, and I think was set in Paris, but is definitely set in a city in France.  It follows a teen boy who meets a blonde girl and is infatuated with her.  She is a little odd, and a few scenes I remember are:
1. The girl and boy are riding her bicycle around
2. The girl lives with her very religious aunt, and she convinces the aunt and others that she is worshiping satan, and the boy shows up at her aunts house to try to get her to stop lying.
No idea what film this is and haven't been able to find it since on Encore.
