Chrismas movie (bad santa)

I'm searching for a movie,... not quite sure if European or American. Its a movie about a guy how gets fired form his company (i think it was a department store,... but not quite sure).
He flipps an wants to "visit" the CEO's house (a woman) dressed as Santa, the CEO is not at home but her little boy (Asian looking, probably adopted) an his grandfather.
The boy desperately wants to see Santa but grandpa and the mother (via phone) tell him that would make Santa "go mad".
When the guy arrives at the house he finds the boy awake and wants to talk to him, but totally looses it after the boy finds out that he is not the real Santa.
The boy himself tries like in "Home Alone" to fight the bad Santa. Since his mom is a rich CEO, he has all the cool gadgets and secret playhouse hiding places... can't quite remember the end. But i think the bad guy dies and the grandpa gets hurt....
I think its form the 80' or 90'.
Does anyone has a clue?
