Mine was a peanut butter, butter, tuna fish and bologna sandwich on white bread; my only excuse is that it WAS the Seventies, and I may have been high.

     What about you?

probably a homemade panini with ham, swiss, peanut butter and apples.  Was good but didn't hold up very well.  Oh well the thought counts.

This is probably when I was dumber and younger, but a Roast Beef with 5 different cheeses (Swiss, American, Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Provolone) with meatballs, grilled onions, mayo, pickles.

The next one was hamburger with mac and cheese in it.

I never did really weird too much.. about the weirdest was probably trying the Twinkie Weiner Sandwich from the Weird Al movie UHF.  Not as gross as it sounds but not going out of my way to try again.

I once tried to recreate a pickled onion, cheese and potato chip sandwich by Jamie Oliver. The combination isn't really that strange, but a bit unusual.
Other than that I never really went crazy making sandwiches by adding weird stuff. Sometimes I might overload a sandwich (triple decker peanut butter, banana, jam & nutella)  or create something based on poor judgment like that one time I spooned meatballs and a little too much tomato sauce on wonderbread. It turned into a soggy mess.

Mine isn't all that strange, but an odd pairing. Take a grilled boneless chicken breast, seasoned scrambled eggs, and cheese and condiments of your choice on a nice bun.

I call it...<drum roll>

The Mother And Child Reunion!

And it actually tastes pretty damn good.

Two extra thick slices of bread with crispy french fries (chips) as a filling. Bye-bye, waistline.
