In the orignal 1974 movie he goes by the name 'Old Man' or the 'Cook'. In part 2 he is given more character development and we learn his name is actuelly Drayton Sawyer. Both times the character was obviously played by Jim Siedow who has since passed away. Anyway, looking at the cast list for this Texas Chainsaw 3D which is a direct sequel to the orignal 1974 movie, and I see that Bill Moseley is bringing back the Drayton Sawyer character, but Bill Moseley himself actuelly played the 'Chop-Top' Sawyer character back in part 2. Is this just a coincidence that they happened to cast an actor to play the famous Old Man/Drayton Sawyer character for this new direct sequel even though that very same actor played a different character in a previous Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie?
