Blood Oozes Down Basement Walls

I watched this horror movie in the early 1980s, and I have been searching for it ever since.

From what I can remember, there was a house party or a bar, a man went down to the basement for something, and lots of blood started pouring down the stone basement walls.

I know it sounds similar to the original Amityville Horror, but it's not. Please help.

There may have been another scene in that movie featuring an exterior shot of a large white mansion, with an elevator inside, and I believe a man goes into the elevator and turns into a wolf or something. I may be confusing two different movies, but either way, I need help recognizing the movie(s) from both scenes.
